Welcome to Hanoi! At 8:00 AM, you will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to Halong Bay to board your Gray Line Halong Cruise. After a relaxing drive through the paddy fields in the Red River Delta, we will arrive at Tuan Chau wharf. Enjoy a refreshing welcome drink as we will set sail into the picturesque and mystical Halong Bay.Enjoy a set lunch as we cruise to Vung Vieng, a quaint floating fishing village. You will transfer to a local rowing boat to admire how the locals live and sail through the floating houses of many families and a floating school. Once you have returned to the ship, we will sail towards Trong (Drum) Cave. Relax on the sun deck, swim around the boat, take photos and be enchanted by the mesmerising sunset.
In the evening, you will be given a cooking demonstration where you will learn to make both fresh and fried spring rolls with a homemade dipping sauce. A luxury buffet dinner will be served with a variety of Vietnamese cuisine. Tonight, evening activities include film entertainment, board and card games and squid fishing with our crew. After catching squid, you may even cook them with our chef. We will drop our anchor near the cave and spend the night in your floating hotel.
Today, you will begin your early morning with some spiritual and relaxing Tai Chi on the sundeck. After a savoury breakfast of coffee, tea, and pastries, we will admire the mysterious stalactites and stalagmites of the Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave. This cave was discovered by the French in 1901.Once you have checked out, you may continue to relax on the sun deck and marvel at the scenery as we approach the pier. Enjoy a farewell brunch before you disembark at the Tuan Chau Marina where you will be transferred back to Hanoi to continue your onward journey.

Welcome to Hanoi! At approximately 8:00 AM, you will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to Halong Bay to board your Gray Line Halong Cruise. Enjoy a refreshing welcome drink as we will set sail into the picturesque and mystical Halong Bay.
Relax on the sun deck and marvel at the wonderful scenery as you enjoy a great set-lunch. We will cruise through Hoa Cuong, a floating fishing village before arriving at the Me Cung Cave (Bewitching Grotto). Join a guided tour to explore the cave, where you will climb up several rugged stone stairs and admire a great lake with glistening blue water. Once you return to the ship we will sail towards Bright Cave, a beautiful lagoon in Lan Ha Bay on Cat Ba Island. You may explore its tunnel caves by kayak or bamboo boat and admire the mysterious stalactites and stalagmites. If weather permits, you will have a chance to go swimming around the ship and relax on the sundeck. Enjoy the scenery and appreciate the beauty and serenity of this magical wonderland.

Once we arrive at the Viet Hai pier, you will take a bicycle trip through dark tunnels and rain forests, enjoying stunning scenery of rice fields and local villages. Stop and take a short trek to the center of Cat Ba National Forest to visit Bat cave.After cycling back to Viet Hai, we will board the ship once again, and enjoy a delicious lunch on deck. If weather and tide permits, we will make our way to Three Peach Beach where you will be given free time to go kayaking and swimming. Admire the crystal-clear turquoise water and gentle winds in this perfect oasis.
In the evening, you will be given another cooking demonstration where you will make fresh and fried spring rolls with a homemade dipping sauce. A fabulous buffet barbecue dinner will be served with a variety of Vietnamese and Western foods. Tonight, evening activities include film entertainment, board and card games and squid fishing with our crew. After catching squid, you may cook them with our chef. Tonight, the boat will drop its anchor in a secluded area for a quiet, good night's sleep.

After a savoury breakfast of coffee, tea, and pastries, we will arrive at an exclusive floating house in Rang Dua left behind from the relocation of a floating village. Take a tour of the house, learning about the different culture and way of life of the local people.After you return to the ship, it is time to gather your belongings and prepare for check out. Once you have checked out, you may continue to relax on the sun deck and marvel at the scenery as we approach the pier. Enjoy a farewell lunch before you disembark at the Tuan Chau Marina where you will be transferred back to Hanoi to continue your onward journey.
